General Inquiry: Alongside provides a free 60-minute consultation session to address questions about advance planning and bereavement. Please note that this does not constitute legal advice.


Pro-bono Legal Clinic: The legal team from Hastings & Co. offers free legal consultation services related to probate and estate arrangements. Each session lasts for 20 minutes.

Legal documents for advance planning:

  • Will: Specifies to whom you pass your legacy and specifies funeral arrangements
  • Enduring Power of Attorney (EPA): Authorizes someone to utilize and manage your properties in the event of losing mental capacity
  • Advance Medical Directive (AMD): Pre-determines whether to accept life-sustaining treatment at the end of life
