This role is ideal for a versatile professional who can balance operational logistics with creative marketing support. We are looking for an individual who is technically curious and comfortable with emerging technologies (such as VR) to enhance our community engagement and social impact.

Overview
At Alongside, we support individuals from diverse family backgrounds and structures to explore their wishes and plan ahead for the later stages of life. We are looking for a compassionate, meticulous Part-time Case Manager to provide inclusive initial consultations and ongoing client support, and to bring conversations about end-of-life planning into workplaces and communities. The role focuses on reaching underserved and marginalised communities, including older adults, people living with chronic illnesses and LGBTQ+ individuals.
You do not need prior case management experience. Training will be provided to help you build the knowledge and confidence to support clients with care and professionalism.
